Housing the Cape Town Port Control Centre, this modernist high-rise control centre, situated at the entrance to the Cape Town harbour, offers uninterrupted views of its surroundings, allowing officials to successfully run and manage South Africa’s second largest port. The 55m high building has a central concrete core from which its 15 operational floors are cantilevered.
